For drop-off catering, our staff will arrive about a ½ an hour before you’re ready to eat, and deliver the food. All of your food arrives pipin’ hot in disposable pans with all the serving necessities - utensils, sturdy paper plates, flatware, napkins, and of course, cups and bagged ice for your beverage. Our staff will be happy to arrange all the food, on whatever tables you provide, then we’ll leave you and your guests to enjoy your party.

Our staff will arrive early with everything needed for a BBQ buffet. We’ll bring tables for the food & beverage stations including decorative cloths. Our buffets can be decorated in “Red, White & Blue” or traditional “Red & white-checkered” cloths. Your buffet will include metal chafers, stainless serving utensils, sturdy plates, flatware & cups as well as dinner napkins and service ice for your beverage choice. Your buffet will be set-up and maintained by our friendly staff. We’ll even bus tables & help with clean up after your meal is served. Once everyone has eaten (generally an hour or 2 after we open the buffet) our staff will breakdown the buffet, do any final clean up and then leave you to enjoy the rest of your party.

This package includes a “full-service catered buffet” of your choice, not to mention a huge selection of delicious menu additions to personalize your own “Perfect Barbecue”. Also included, is your very own personal Event-Manager to help take care of all the details. We will provide you with a complete list of rental items, from:
Tables & Chairs, Tents, Moonwalks, Volleyball Nets & Horseshoe Pits, Popcorn & Cotton Candy Machines or Margarita Machines
Also, choose from a variety of other fun outdoor activities, to make your “Ultimate Barbecue Vision” complete. It’s simple, just pick out the items you’d like for your party and we’ll take care of the rest. This package also includes on-site management of your event as well as staff to help cater to your needs throughout the day.
